1. How do I get started?
You need to have a library card with the Franklin-Springboro Public Library as well as a pin number. If you do NOT know your pin number, please set one up at the circulation desk.
2. What kind of books are available?
The collection of downloadable eBooks and audiobooks includes a wide variety of bestselling titles from well-known authors.
3. What are the loan periods and limits of items I can check out?
The Ohio eBook Project lets you check out 10 titles at a time and you can choose lending periods of 7 or 14 days. Downloadable books are available 24/7 and there are no late fees! The Ohio eBook Project has reciprocal borrowing privileges with the SEO Consortium's Digital Collection. This means you can check out an additional 10 items from the SEO Collection.
4. Are there fines for overdue items?
Since the Ohio eBook Project titles automatically delete themselves or are no longer accessible, there are no overdue fines for Ohio eBook Project titles.
5. Can I check out and download materials on library computers?
Patron downloading to library computers is prohibited. Please note that you can use the library's wireless to download to your laptop, Kindle, smart phone, or tablet.
