Games, crafts, and snacks will be included.
(Please note: we will not be playing the computer / video game Minecraft, but creating crafts and playing interactive games inspired by Minecraft.)

Laughter Yoga is a revolutionary idea - simple and profound. Anyone can laugh for no reason without relying on humor, jokes, or comedy. As an exercise routine it is a complete wellbeing workout. Laughter Yoga is a combination of deep breathing exercises from yoga and it also includes laughter exercises which oxygenates our body and brain, making us feel more healthy and energetic.
