Holly's Harps

A hands-on harps presentation, given by Holly's Harps, will acquaint children with the science and math of harp music.

The program will include two sessions:

Session 1 10 - 10:45 a.m. PreK - 2nd Grade
Session 2 11 a.m. - noon 3rd - 5th Grade

Cruising 101

Considering a cruise but don't know if it is a good fit for you?  What is a river cruise?  What is a sail ship cruise?  How do you decide on a cruise line?  What is a cruisetour?  Do I need to dress up for dinner?  Can I travel to Cuba?

These questions and more will be answered by Judy Taylor, a veteran of 12 cruises and a travel agent for Springboro-owed The Vacation Van.  Judy will present an overview of cruising with information about destinations, the latest trends in cruising, packing tips and more.  There is something for everyone - from the first-time cruiser to the seasoned sailor looking for something different.

Yoga Series - Relaxation Sampler

Just like a sampler platter where you get to try out different foods, this class will be a perfect sampler of different relaxation techniques.  Find those that you like best, learn how to mix & match them, and then discover how to weave them into your day.  A variety of techniques will be taught including meditations, breathing exercises, affirmations, and visualizations.

Yoga Series - Essentials of Breath Work

Discover the essentials of the breath.  During this class learn the anatomy of the breath, it's function, and how breathing practices can help you improve your overall health.  A variety of exercises will be taught including energizing, calming, and balancing practices that can be incorporated into every day life.
